About The Institute.
The Transformational Change Institute was established to carry forward five years of research and development led by Growth Development, a New Zealand-based research and development organisation founded to explore why so many change efforts fail to take root. This work uncovered that real transformation requires more than new strategies or tools, it demands a method that addresses both the human dynamics of leadership and the systemic conditions of change. At its heart is a focus on the deeper conditions that determine whether change efforts succeed.

Transformational Leadership 101 (TL101) is the ideal entry point, introducing the ‘why’ behind transformational change failure and the Unity Formula at the heart of the SIMPLE. Transformation Framework. SIMPLE. Certification 1, the SIMPLE. Leadership Knowledge Set (SIMPLE. CERT1), builds on this by teaching leaders how to embed the essential Unity Conditions into leadership, teams and organisations. SIMPLE. 101, our Introduction to the SIMPLE. Transformation Method, focuses on transformational management and introduces the six universal laws behind successful transformational change. SIMPLE. Certification 2, the SIMPLE. Transformation Method (SIMPLE. CERT2), brings it all together by helping leaders apply the method in real time to complex change priorities.
